Section 1

3.1.1 : join नल with नारिकेत / तुम्बी / ताड़फल (all expressed as त)
3.1.2 : (make) aquatic vine long (by) again/knot/repeat
3.1.3 : intertwine tumbies and make vine long
3.1.4 : pull tumbies outward and align ropes form tumbi
3.1.5 : move up rope, tumbi below, open (make opening), stone (in) below tumbi, stand (vertical) join straight/align pull (vertical hold should feel the pull)
3.1.6 : pull apart (separateओ) standing, join and give pull long upto (the length where) fish pulling (out) (is) restricted. repeat upto stading join from line to line (and) throw below superior hunting (net thus made)
3.1.7 : hold from tumbi and push stone into water, align/straighten till the stone in the water pulls tumbi, carry on (with instructions-वा) till there are many knots joined.
3.1.8 : (if) rope is outside furrow, join stone again, untill tumbi pull inside tight
3.1.9 : (add) Stone until inside connect again and again (i.e. to entire apparatus)
3.1.10 : rope makes fish pull (retains) roll against the water
3.1.11 : hand hold water tumbi (then) stone connected outside, loss of straight (then) knot
3.1.11 : hand hold water tumbi (then) stone connected outside, loss of straight (then) knot
3.1.12 : make javeline stand superior untill (wave) roll inward, (i.e.) standing outward and wave inward (then) from repeat waves disappear and sand exists
3.1.13 from soft , हtight (objectify) tumbi before waves rolls in.
Be aware that standing joints may open up, (hence) hand-hold (and) join points (loose ends)
3.1.14 stone pointed towards curve and connect, Push & connect sharp stone inside. wave untill stone connects outside
3.1.15 Push stone inside well (else), inside tumbi comes out detached from water, rope connection (and) floats again from water (if/as) stone falls outside with wave
3.1.16 bind loose end (ष) of rope pointed inside (with/by) steady connect to give upward pull
3.1.17 keep net erect in wave’s water with stone turning lipm net tight and it stands in water; when wave pushes/hits stone, get fish hunt from push of water and stone; with wave; stone connected outside (of tumbi) ; at stone superior inside (water) push
3.1.18 do hollow furrow till low tide mark (roll inward steady connect).
join The stone tubi + floating tumbi aparatus inside (furrow) at point of connection of low tide
3.1.19 If it gets pulled from inside due to repeated wavering by wave waters, (causing)tumbi water (त्र) outside (ङ) exist; then connect stone again
3.1.20 knot many ropes steady for fear of push. repeat inward wave water till inward push push (stone tumbi) outward (out of water).
3.1.21 inside push outward (away) be ware (about) inside below erect (rope in)water as erect becomes soft on stone pushes erect (down), (on rope being) limp wave push and gather water tumbi, (and hence) tight (rope) turns limp, (rope) hed by stone becomes limp at stone superior tumbi,
do tumbi from verticle join to align tumbies; and push inward again
3.1.22 carry stone to water untill, from repeat from tumbi, tight (turned) limp throws (becomes) tight,
inward (insert) sharp stone (and) join till align inside verticle (rope) inward tightens upto water, connect outward
3.1.23 : pull inwrd tumbi connected inside at stone, (making) inward convex curve (or do inward basker), to limp connect life (fish) at tumbi
3.1.24 : when repeating tide loosens rope, tighten opening in rope and verticles, give javeline from verticle connection to subjugate live/ to domesticate, standinng untill wave subjugate life inside unto tight standing connection
3.1.25 : If water outward rope then wave pushes will loosen floating tumbi. To prevent/minimize this, align tumbi connected up to rope, cope upto jave line, adjust javeline in sand till pull aligns inside. floating tumbi should pop in and out of wave - inside with superior wave as superior wave pushes, again pushed up at (when) water flows out and stand tight vertically till wave tolls inward and pushes inward again - i.e. till tumbi moves inward and outward - shoreward and seaward with waves and gets submerged when there is superior wave.
3.1.126 : outside tumbi outward inside tumbi inward (causes) tight (rope) push inward again
3.1.127 : Beward stone pushes (away) with wave rolling inward from verticle join; (hence) join/connect/fix stone
3.1.28 : connect upto (here and here) - moving outward rope outward, carry outward rope, wave inward many knots, rope pushing and rope pulling
3.1.29 floating tumbi connection - below connect from outward (side of tumbi)
3.1.30 : hand hold ए(fish) subjugate push outside
3.1.31 before wave rolling in joins, for superior carrying, carry tumbi with stone outward before wave
3.1.32 : sraighten pull before inward wave joins upto tumbi, carry before wave tightens tumbi, i.e. complete “carry” activity before incoming tide
