Now we are talking of floating tumbi. word used is outward and not outside because outside used to mean abpve water and here we are referring to rope that dangles outward - or pushes tumbi outward when there is flow:
If water outward rope then wave pushes will loosen floating tumbi. To prevent/minimize this, align tumbi connected up to rope, cope upto jave line, adjust javeline in sand till pull aligns inside. floating tumbi should pop in and out of wave - inside with superior wave as superior wave pushes, again pushed up at (when) water flows out and stand tight vertically till wave tolls inward and pushes inward again - i.e. till tumbi moves inward and outward - shoreward and seaward with waves and gets submerged when there is superior wave.
