Literal meaning of linguistic interpretation:
do NOT use outside rope when -
that pulled and carried object being picked (तद्धित) (लुकि = verb(pick) object(maneuver))
बिस्त = बिस् + क्त = stationary fishing
आचित = आ + चि + क्त = untill knotted net is done
कम्बल्य = कम्बल + यत् = कम् + बुक्+ कलच् + यत्
maneuver inside + verb(bind) maneuver + maneuver pick knot = कम्बल + join that (sum it up) = कम्बल्य (refer to 1.1.46 )
Meaning explained - do NOT use outside rope when contained furrow is done, while knotted net is done and while making blanket, object is pulled and carried (is) object maneuvered by picking.
