SV: टित्-ढ-अण्-अञ्-द्वयसच्-दघ्नच्-मात्रच्-तयप्-ठक्-ठञ्-कञ्-क्वरपः
AV: ङीप् अनुपसर्जनात्
Language meaning : The affix ङीप् is added in the feminine after the प्रातिपदिक (Nominal Stems) ending in short अ , if the affix with which it ends has an indicatory ट् or if the affix be ढ or अण् or अञ् or द्वयसच् or दघ्नच् or मात्रच् or तयप् or ठक् or ठञ् or कञ् or क्वरप्।
The word अतः ‘ending in short अ’ is understood here by anuvritti from 4.1.4
Literal Meaning:
ट इ (ड ढ अ) ण (ञ द व) य स (ज द) (घ न) (ञ (म]] अ)) त्र (च त) य (प ठ) (क ठ) (ञ क व) र प ह
comment : Either i find literal meaning of linguistic interpretation so fitting that literal meaning of raw लौकिक pronunciations seems no longer relevant. OR I am not able to decipher the original pre-SV meaning.
